Reveal the top 2 cards of your deck put one of them into your hand...
Then he has a choise to discard the other revealed card, or put it back on top of your deck.
And of course you can tell me is there so tweaking, etc.

Pretty sure this should be a $3 card.  Its drawing power is similar to Oracle and it's non-terminal.  Maybe it's OK at $2 though.

Who is "he"? The player who played the card, or a different player?

Similar to Oracle? It's a cantrip with some filtering. Oracle terminal-draws 2. I'd call this a Ruined Ironmonger.

Oracle lets you choose 2 you see or 2 blind.  This is sort of middle of the road, see 2 and pick 1.  Not a perfect comparison, but the power seems similar to me.  Oracle draw is a bit more powerful, but it's terminal.

The important thing is the order of the filtering.  Ironmonger draws before filtering, this filters before drawing (well, at the same time).  The latter is more powerful.

I made a similar card awhile ago, and one similar to it is in the Dominion Outtakes

Reveal the top 3 cards of your deck. Put one into your hand and discard the rest.

It worked seemed just right at 3$. Your version might too since you have the option to leave the card on top.

This is not a draw card, it's exclusively a filtering card. Draw means increasing your handsize, which Oracle does by 1, and which this does by 0; relative to not having a particular card, the cost of playing something from your hand is +1 Card, +1 Action, which you have to subtract from what the card actually says in order to get the benefit that the card gives you. The draw power of this card is 0% of the draw power of Oracle. Village/Smithy is a draw engine; Market/Peddler is not.

All else equal, discarding a junk card is generally worse than putting it in your hand, so it is not strictly better than Vagrant, but it's very close. It would probably have to be $3.

Warfreak2 made a good point comparing your card to Vagrant. It is only slightly worse than Vagrant if the second card you reveal is junk, and even then you need another card that makes use of that junk in hand. Its better if both cards are good or the first is worse than the second.

I once made a card that was exactly like yours, just that it forced you to discard the other card. I never really playtested it (there were more interesting cards to test), but i think that could be a fix if you want to keep it at 2$.
