With Baker you can guarantee 5/3. I would agree that using 4/4 or 6/2 (or 4/3 or 5/2 without Baker) goes against the spirit of the challenge, though.

You can't guarantee 5/3; it might also be 3/5.  This can matter for things like Doctor.
