Reveal your hand.
If you have a copper in your hand, each other player discards down to three cards in hand.
If you have a curse in hand, each other player gains a curse and a copper, putting them into their hand.

So in order for the card to start cursing, you need to buy a curse and have the card line up? Seems pretty risky, and once you do, your opponent can buy his own Titans to fight back with a lower risk.

It might be worth flipping the effects to get the ball rolling.

That is really interesting, I like cards that include new and interesting ideas/gameplay! I agree, maybe flipping the effects could help the ball to roll quicker, and is worth testing. Nice idea!

If you flip it around it starts off too similar to Witch and Mountebank with no bane, and future potential to Militia as well.
