(I was figuring Grujah wouldn't have a Captain, would have called his bluff on it, but I have nothing to get a read on Twistedarcher with, doesn't seem worth the risk to not believe him, because why would he risk his neck for Grujah if he didn't have it? Of course, maybe TA's spent years building up a resistance to Iocaine powder or something...)

Lio's Duke blocked Gruj's Foreign Aid. Then, my Captain was blocked by TA's Captain, so I failed to steal 2 coins from Gruj, but he never gained 2 from the Foreign Aid, so the starting two is correct.
