23, I can live with that.

Seems like a pretty fun game, a bit like Dominion in that you're somewhat at the mercy of luck, but good strategy can easily overcome bad rolls. And seems mostly okay for online play as well.

(I really wanted to get Empire or the one before it, but didn't have the resources/coins)

But not strictly better, because the spinoff can have a different cost than the expansion.

Well, as it turns out, even if I could have developed my empire on starving people, I would have not have been able to keep up with chairs. Good game.

Yeah, I think this worked pretty well online...the whole turns not depending on other people always helps with that.

I think you guys took a little longer to get developments started than we usually do...which is to say, we probably usually go about 7 turns but everyone is pushing the 5 developments end at that point.

I think Kuildeous would have been closer to Tables in score if he hadn't built the Great Wall...chairs was just too close to finishing it when he started it...he could have used those workers a bit better I think, though I'm not sure he could have caught chairs.  chairs played well, and had luck on his side.

Those are the thoughts I remember having during the game.  (i.e. there's your mod quick-topic :P)

I think rushing cities into great wall was my only good "strategy".  The rest was lucky rolls.
