I've never had this issue by virtue of only playing casual games and never kicking people, but I'm curious: does this prevent the extension from auto-kicking, or does it prevent manual kicking, or both?

I don't know - don't have the extension. Manually, it's that it isn't popping up the button to kick them.

I've frequently had this problem, but it's always been solved by just clicking twice again. The option always appears the second time.

Oh, I've had that a lot in the past. Recently I've had it where no matter how many times I click, it never comes up.
