Walled Village Question

I signed up with a FB account unawares of the Google needed to get the Walled Village card. Does this mean I will never have it in my deck?

If you play through all the adventures (including the Guilds ones that are not released yet) you will have enough VP for three promo cards. It is my understanding that Goko is play testing stash and black market. So of the five you will not be able to get two of them.

I don't believe that you can merge an existing account with a Google account, but you can look into it if you want walled city over the  other promos.

If you have a google account you'd rather have your stuff with, you can ask at https://getsatisfaction.com/goko and the admins might transfer things over or link accounts or whatever. Not sure, I think they've done something like that for people before.

I started a non-google account and bought stuff. I then started a google account and they merged the two for me. They even merged them under the non-google account at my request and I was able to buy Walled Village.

I am curious about what Goko's plan is to allow us to get enough points to buy all the Promo cards. I played through all the adventures and then used up all my points buying the existing three Promo cards. I will not have enough points to buy any more even after finishing the to-be-released Guilds adventures unless they change the reward mechanism.

I think their plan might be to NOT allow people to buy all promos. The reasoning is that they are promos andshould be rare, difficult to obtain. A few people might be able to get what they are missing by tournaments or other special promotions.

Take all this with a grain of salt.

On Getsatisfaction, as of yesterday, they said it would be possible to get all 5 promos.

They've always been planning to release more adventures, and they're intending to make tournaments which give VP tokens as prizes.

...spin-offs are still better for all of the previously cited reasons.
But not strictly better, because the spinoff can have a different cost than the expansion.

Where did you read about Goko tournaments?
I requested that before with no answer.

I remember them talking about it ages ago, like it was something they planned on doing soon and regularly. Guess that didn't happen?

They had other priorities. Probably still do.

Undoubtedly. But, this just shows that you need to take what Goko says it will do with a grain of salt, as if everyone wasn't convinced of this already.
