Yeah, this was hardly your fault Yuma. Like I said, there were a lot of elements in play here. Shraeye killing Cuzz, Robz' case, your TA hammer, town killing Arch, etc.

At the end of the game all 5 town were active and trying to get it right. Things were just far too muddled for it to happen this game.

Faust has also been incredibly stubborn this game. In other news, it's hot in the summer, and water falls from the sky when it rains.

I currently imagine mail-mi wearing a dark trenchcoat and a bowler hat, hunched over a bit, toothpick in his mouth, holding a gun in his pocket.  One bead of sweat trickling down his nose.

Man, I thought people would read my appeals to emotion as obvtowny, but was wrong wrong about that.
I very rarely, probably almost never read appeals to emotion as towny.  Either neutral or scum.

shraeye post 87 of speccy: "Oh man, if I were playing, I would just move past every mega case that's out there without reading it. In fact, I did that while reading the thread. If you want a case to be read, you gotta make it pretty. Put your main points concisely somewhere, cite appropriate evidence. But it should be very clear what specifically you are saying from the very outset. I don't want you to dump your entire evidence box out on my desk and make me pick up the loose ends. You gotta take your evidence and BUILD A CASE. Don't just dump quote after quote into the thread"
I mean, seriously.

well I for one think that this game was over when I hammer TA rather than mail-mi. A mail-mi lynch would have broken the game over. I feel really bad about it. Because like I said above, my lynching TA was very emotionally based. It wasn't logic. It was panic and frustration and everything that a lynch should not be based on.

So put me down for LMP for that fatal mistake. Because if we lynch mail-mi. I think we have a really good shot of winning the game. But next time... let's meet our soft deadlines shall we?
But you know me.  Once I've decided that a particular lynch is the best, I MAKE IT HAPPEN.  So, I gotta take full blame for the TA lock-on.  Without that, there's no way that TA is the lynch instead of mail-mi.  A few people wanted mail-mi, a few wanted Eevee, a few preferred EFHW...but until the end, I think I was the only person who was beating the drum for a TA lynch (oh and scum-mcmc helped it along a bit).

Just read the spec qt, and again... yeah, nobody was close. In the same as living town. Everybody was a little right and mostly wrong. Eevee was more right, but he had one less suspect and knew a scum for sure.

Well played, scum. I have a slightly different perspective on Galz, since I did think he was scum, but I still think he played the best, and support him for MVP. Really, the whole scum team managed to do a pretty good job, no like single instances of spectacular play, just very solid all the way around. I actually think the town was playing its heart out today, but just could never have recovered from Days 1 and 2 and no useful PRs really.

The debating was a lot of fun, though. Stressful! But fun.

Arch was pretty on spot D1, he was on mail-me and another mafia member heavily D1, IIRC.
I know I pinned down mail-mi very early because he was acting so differentally, but I think any other Mafia members were more luck, but I think I only really caught mail-mi.

One thing I do want to bring up from a stats perspective. Typically when a player subs into a game I give them the win/loss/lynches, etc of the player that they are subbing in for. But I think this is the first game where a player subbed in on the very last day of play. Because of this I am hesitant to include raerae as having a loss from this game. Maybe she wouldn't care either way, but whatever I do here will be established as precedence and I want to know what you guys think.

Because really raerae deserves the least amount of blame--not that anyone really deserves any--for the loss as she was subbed into a very difficult position. But then again, others have subbed into hard positions, such as robz in the Buffy game or eevee into Casino Helsinki, but I don't think either were around for only the very last day.

I'd say don't count raerae, but count mgp. I think it makes sense for whichever player played more than half the game to be the one that counts.

I WAS only around for one day, because I subbed into the day where I was almost certain to be lynched, and was lynched. But that's fine.

If you decide not to count raerae here, I think that's okay.

Raerae don't care 'bout them stats ether way. (It is super cool that you spend the time and energy to keep them up though.) Whatever you guys feel is best is cool with me.

Definitely think whoever played more of the game should get stats. I would never actually have done it but it was tempting to /out of the blitz game as soon as TA was lynched and regardless I deserved the loss.
