Highway/Market/Hamlet/Library/Rats?

This was basically a proof of concept. I forced the 5 key cards, and randomized the rest until I got something that didn't look terribly helpful for Highway/Market.

- Library for draw
- Hamlets provide the extra action and small hand-size for Library, and extra buys
- Rats eat everything else so Library can skip past them on the Highway hunt

Would this be too stupid against a more competent opponent?

In this particular Kingdom, developing Rats into more Develop and Highway seems like a pretty good idea. You can then develop develop into Hamlet/Island or Hamlet/Spy if you get collisions. I would definitely throw a develop into the mix, especially if the opponent contests the Highways, to get them faster.

Hamlet+Tunnel+Library can also be pretty good in a Province game, although the megaturn comeback of the Highway engine is pretty strong, I don't think there is room to build a really strong lead to overcome that, especially with so many alt-VP.
