Its an Estate by its name so can I reveal it to baron for example? I never played it that way but the question came to my mind.

Technically it's not an "Estate" by its name, its an "Overgrown Estate" and Baron just wants an "Estate." Baron cannot cause you to discard an Overgrown Estate for +$4.

Think about it thematically. Would a Baron ever settle for an estate that's already overgrown?

You can't.  Overgrown Estate is not an Estate, it is an Overgrown Estate.

If this is because I said "OGE is still an Estate" in another thread, I was just joking.  :P

(Edit: I never actually said this in that thread.  Whoops.)

Fool's Gold is not a Gold. :)

When cards refer to other cards by name, they mean specifically that card, not anything that happens to have partly the same name. Otherwise, they specify a type (like Treasure).

Curses are weird because they're both the name and type of that card. But luckily there's no confusion when another card mentions Curse.

Opening Baron with Shelters is indeed a bit silly.
