Terra Mystica or Ground Floor?

I'm thinking of buying one of these. Only issues are, 1) I don't know which and 2) I can't find either (easily) in the UK. Anyone know a good place to look for either, and also, which should I go for? I'm leaning towards TM because I think my group (which is primarily a Sci Fi & Fantasy group) will like it more, even though I prefer Ground Floor from what I've seen.

Terra Mystica's first print is sold out, The second print run is German only (but that doesn't matter much, the only language in the game is the rule book and the faction names on the faction boards) and available for €60+shipping from the publisher or amazon.de. The English print by Zman Games is announced for late April, don't know wether it will be available in the UK though.

That's a bummer. I don't think I'd be too annoyed at a German copy but would be willing to wait a little longer for an English version - likely won't buy either until this time next month after all.
