Lost DNS Server - Anyone can help?

Somehow my PC can't communicate with it's DNS server anymore. This site's IP seems to be cached and it's the only I cajn access without finding out the IP first.  Does anyone know whre I can change my DNS server settings (I'm using Windows XP)?

Ok, I found the relevant setting on my own, and strangly enough after changing it for a second it even works with the old one.
