We're starting.

The following roles are used:
1 Godfather
1 Mafia Goon
3 Townies

Rules:
The game uses standard mafia rules, with the following exceptions and details:
1. The mafia can't kill at all. There is essentially no Night phase.
2. If the godfather is lynched at any point, the town immediately wins. (This is the only special quality of the godfather.)
3. If, on Day 1 only, one of the townies is lynched, this townie immediately gets to make a vigilante kill. (See Vengeful Townie)
4. The town does not automatically win by having the godfather killed in this way.
5. Mafia wins when there are at least as many mafia as townies, and the town doesn't have a vengeance kill to use.

There will be flavor if I feel like it. I will reveal alignments upon death. Spectators ~~are encouraged to harass participants~~ may comment in thread but MUST remember they are not playing and CANNOT scumhunt out loud.

@ Raerae: I just assumed you did it like Shraeye where you didn't PM town any roles. In his first game as town I was just told my number, and then the game listed the scum numbers. I didn't actually get a role PM. Then in his second game I was scum and I did get a PM.
