I got the Idea when I red the article about durations that miss reshuffles so i wanted to desing a duration card that you want to miss the reshuffle.
It can trash you 2 coppers for the cost of having a card that gives you 1 copper in your next turn at the cost of 1 card in this turn. defenitly not a strong action so you want it to miss the reshuffle. But trashing 2 coppers is great. =)

I like it :)
Very original concept. Probably needs some tweaking, as every new card does. Right now it seems a bit too weak for me... I mean, you may trash two Coppers, but you get one card that is arguably worse than Copper... A delayed Copper that needs an action. From my own experiences i can't really recommend to make this a Treasure-Duration, so maybe the on-buy or the action could be improved...

Also, is there a reason it is on-buy instead of on-gain?

I thought when you gain it you wont have tressures in play. Well there is Black market and haggler and Talisman. Its probably no big difference. I will make it On gain.

Im not sure if it has to be stronger. Its not a delayed copper its a delayed peddler. ;)
If its really to weak i could think about a next turn + buy or a at the start of your next turn you may discard any number of tressures. if you do +1 card per copper discarded.

I would like the 2nd one more because you can even triger reshuffles with it

I think Donald used on-buy only when necessary, for example to prevent enourmous gain-chains like those gain-Haggler and Border Village would produce. Mandarin also has the gain-wording, by the way. Another thing, how did you come up with that card name? I'm just curious. :)

The weakness was only an assumption. Playtest it and you'll find out. :)
I think it's cool if the card synergizes with the fact you want it to miss the reshuffle, but the second option seems very strong to me. If you made something that mandatory cycles your deck like "Reveal and discard the top three cards from your deck. If you discard at least one Copper,+1$", that would be different.

But well, i'm doing a lot of suggestions again before knowing if it's necessary... If it becomes too much, let me know ;)

I don't think it got translated into English. What was the German word?

EDIT: Ah, nevermind. Google turned up the definition. The name you're looking for is "Page". I doubt anybody has ever heard of a "Donzel".

page – a youth in attendance on a person of rank or, in medieval times, a youth being trained for knighthood

Personally I don't find that a strong argument against a name for a Dominion card. Archaic words are fine!

Sure. I also think 'page' sounds better, though. Just my opinion.

It's just a name. Page sounds like Squire, and means almost the same thing. I like Donzel. It makes it sound fun.

As for the card, I think it need a little something on the turn you play it, like others have said. I would definitely buy it for the trashing, but I'm almost better off keeping coppers, since they help me this turn as opposed to being dead in my current hand. The exception would be Grand Market, but other than that it still seems a bit for the "turn of."

i could think about giving it + 2 actions in the turn you play it.

i think that might make it strong enough.
