Where can I buy Innovation in person?

Hello everyone! I was wondering if anyone knew of any stores where I could buy Innovation in person? (I prefer buying games in person as opposed to online). I'd love to play the game in person with my friends and have a general feel for the base cards before getting creamed on isotropic. I know you can buy the game online, but I'd prefer to buy it in person if possible. Thanks in advance!

Rhode Island (USA). Is it not sold at big chains? I tried looking online but couldn't find anything.

A few weekends ago, I left my copy of innovation at the office and went to central NJ.  We called a bunch of places asking if they had it in stock, and none did, so you might have some difficulty finding it person.  OTOH, my sister picked it up from her FLGS in Seattle easily.

I've actually seen Innovation in non-board game stores.  Specifically, it was in one of those science novelty shops that sells things like bucky balls, hexbugs, assorted wooden and metal puzzles, etc.  It had a modest board game section, but Innovation was there.

Do you have a FLGS? If so, and if you can't find it in-store (and check if they have an online catalogue too), try asking them to order it in.

BN is the only likely candidate for a major store.  Otherwise, Friendly Local Gaming Store.

I think it's sold on Amazon, in case you can't find a local gaming store.

I know my local gaming store Atomic Empire has it too, so if you want to  support our store, you can order here.  I am unaware of any game stores in RI.

If he's looking to buy it online, he can order directly through Asmadi Games, the publisher.

Hmm, also it depends why he doesnt want to buy it online.

Fear of credit cardfraud /No credit card is one thing.

Butif its the phsycial address problem or working hours, Amazon.Uk do a 'buy and collect form a local store' service, Amazon.com must do somethign similar

It's often out of a desire to help local businesses.

Well, I try to help out local game stores that provide a venue for players to play, because they are doing something helpful for me and a sort of community and stuff, and they are paying overhead when they let people hang out and play in the store so you want to help offset that.

But, OP asked about availability in chain stores, which generally don't offer a venue for players to play.  If you have more altruism for the guy two blocks away than you do for the guy with the internet company 200 miles away, I have an Information Age card for you that can score you some sixes.

Indeed.  I'd sooner buy at Boards and Bits than at a chain.  But then I order from B&B all the time despite no longer being able to pick up at the warehouse.
