Just like Apples to Apples, it's still luck of the draw. Some people will have the perfect card for a clue and some people will have utter crap.

I do like the fact that the players come up with the clue, unlike Apples to Apples where you draw it randomly.

Huzzah not the only one in last place! And I was the only one to guess right. Take that, everyone else! In any case, I blame my loss on first player advantage.

Is the real game this fast? I mean, there weren't even two full cycles. I only got to make a clue once (and it turned out terribly).

It's hard to compare to how I play IRL since it's been a while and we play with expansions, different ending rules, and 7+ players.

I think in this game first player gets a *dis* advantage, since they can only get a maximum of 3 points, whereas everyone else can get up to 7.

Just learned about Dixit, wanna play!

Anyone up for it again?

(Mebbe even by forum with custom cards?. I thought about PBF version, and think it would be neat if the moderator (me) and each of player submitted 12 cards, that makes 84, and we played with those. Cards would have to be dixit-like (surreal, whatnot) though.)
