Most VP in 3 Turns With Zaps

With a fully zapped starting deck (Starting with 7 Silvers and up to 3 Duchies), what's the most VP you can get in 3 turns. Assume that you go first and your opponent opens Silver/Silver. Possession and Outpost turns count towards the turn limit.

BENCHMARK: 25 points
With
Turn 1: Open Nomad Camp
Turn 2: Play Nomad Camp, Buy Duchy/Duchy
Turn 3: Play Nomad Camp, Buy Duke/Duke

29 is fairly easy to get:

Open Council Room/Bank
Turn: Draw Council Room, Bank and 3 Silvers. Play Council Room, draw 4 Silvers. Play 7 Silvers and Bank (worth $8). Buy 2 Colonies.

Not sure yet if there's enough turns to get a more complex solution working.

T1: nomad camp
T2: play nomad camp, buy Border village gaining procession, buy Watchtower.
T3: draw PR, WT, BV, NC, S. Procession-BV, drawing SS, trashing to gain King's court, topdeck with Wt. play Wt, draw KC, S. Play KC-NC, play 4 silvers, have 14$ and 4 buys. buy colony and tunnel, for a grand total of 22 points, worse than the benchmark.  :D

So that didn't work out...
