Unless I receive other orders by 1pm (forum time) tomorrow, I will assume this unit retreats to Kiel.

Yeah. I got your prompt message, but the message immediately before that said, "moves received.", but I didn't realise that was for last turn. I stuffed up, I know, but it doesn't matter and I'll be super careful in future.

I submitted so that you couldn't dislodge me  anywhere, you could have only bounced Russia from swe or moved from bal.

Dunno what your moves exact, I would likely not be against it going through.

It might just be me, but I'm finding the deadlines a tad short.
It's supposed to be 3 days, as the build/retreat phase can be quite quick.  But due to lateness before, Fall1902 ended on Saturday evening instead of Friday afternoon.  I'm aggressively pushing us back on schedule.
