Insomniac      
An underrated town player who consistently picks out scum; his rare turn as scum was a perfect effort. Highest winning percentage for a player who has played more than 10 games (at least at the time I am writing this).


Dsell      
He's a really great guy, takes the game seriously, but doesn't get too serious.


Galzria      
A solid mafia player--and premiere town player--who also uses powers smartly.


eHalcyon      
This player's thorough, compelling analysis has saved many a game


Voltgloss      
His famously level-headed approach makes him an asset as town, and a threat as scum.

Insom's my pick.  It's really hard to argue with the win rate. 

Plus, having a mod's-eye view of Insom's best-celebrated scumvictory made it all the MORE impressive.
