There are 10 boxes. Box 1 is worth 1 point, Box 2 is worth 2 points, and so on up to Box 10, worth 10 points.

There are 10 players. Each player has 10 chits.

To join the game, post here and then send me a PM assigning your 10 chits to the 10 boxes. If you put the most chits in a box, you win that box and its points! If there is a tie for the highest number of chits, no one gets the box. (Note: If you don't post here and send a PM, you will not be signed up - I will take the first 10 who do both and submit a valid assignment.)

Whoever gets the most total points wins. Tiebreaker rule: whoever wins the most boxes wins ties between players finishing with the same number of points. If players are still tied, they rejoice in their shared victory!

Note: I haven't stated this explictly, but please do not use a random number generator to determine your submission in these games. The whole point of these is to guess what your opponents are most likely to do, and having a random submission interferes with that.

Shraeye's looks the most random, but in all honesty, all of them look kinda legit. Fully random I'd expect to place in about 6-7 boxes, probably with a 3 and a 2, in little or no order. I'm not a statistician so I can't be bothered to test.

Also damn you Galz and Schneau, doing almost exactly the same thing as me but scoring!

Shraeye and Dsell have the same chi-score statistic, and are the only two that are NOT significantly different from a random distribution (statistically significant).

This is regular Tens10n, not "Classic" Tens10n. Ties go to no-one here.

Climbing back up from a couple games at zero.

I didn't choose randomly, but I did reuse a strat that utterly failed for me a few games ago.

Depends on how they randomized. I mean (for example) SFS could have decided to do 2 5's and randomly decided which 2 numbers to go with.

If fully random then shraeye looks closest (and his chi-square test confirms it...but then why did he do a chi-square test?)

I did in fact submit random numbers, chosen uniformly from 1-10.
