Yes, that's basically it. You can do the next one (and thank jotheonah for the almost-correct answer).

The way I formulated it is "If at least half of the words contain at least 5 characters, then yes" (so the accent in "can't" counts, which is why "Can't I?" is "Yes"). It's a bit arbitrary why I accept scott_pilgrim's answer, but not jotheonah, though (but I didn't want to get to pedantic and also mark scott_pilgrim's answer as wrong).
