I think that every final evolution can learn it, plus a few earlier ones (e.g. ones who were final evolutions before later gens, plus Dratini and a few others. So Syther can, Bagon can't.

Yeah. I wasn't sure if Bagon was in the Dratini category or not since it is the Dratini equivalent of the 3rd gen, the pseudo-legendary dragon. (I checked and Bagon indeed cannot.)

And yeah, I'm gonna be pretty geeky-outy about this thread.

Firstly because who would suspect an Eevee? Too cute to be mafia, right, therefore, must be mafia.
Secondly because Eevee sounds like EV, and man, everyone hates EV training.
Thirdly because disapproving on Black and White, which had the best single player of any pokemon game to date (srsly).

You can use whichever you want, pokemon or f.ds name.  As long as you guys can keep track of both so can the mods.  We will be using f.ds name in the vote counts.

6.  During the night following a battle, the pokemon that has been evolved will be protected from night kills.  During the night, kills may resolve on other players.  The action of these pokemon dying will distribute its experience to random other players, causing them to evolve.  The number of evolutions that will occur will be equal to the deceased pokemons current stage (eg if squirtle were to be night killed, another random pokemon would be evolved 1 stage.  If Blastoise were to be night killed, three random pokemon would be evolved one stage.  These three pokemon are chosen randomly and could potentially be the same pokemon, all unique, or some combination thereof).

For reference: Relevant rule regarding winners immunity to night kills and results of night killing higher evolution pokemon.
