I used weapon token to render the roll moot and to dodge the monster so that I wouldn't lose a class token.

By my calculation, I should get +1 Wound, -1 Weapon token, +1 Gold, and -1 Hangover.

Yes both of those are how it works, (you use tokens before you get hit, and thus can use both and because your class doesn't explicitly limit you to one per fight/encounter/turn you can use both)
