The 11-player version looks nice.

I'm currently okay with the following:

1.  The normal 8-player game, if some are willing to step aside for some new players to get a chance.

2.  An 11-player version, which would increase the number of each category by 1, and increase the win condition for town to lynch 3 goons.

3.  If it hit 16 for some reason, just running two games.

It is indeed 3 4 4, I do not believe either side has an edge and thus no additional night kill / picking IC sillyness.

Real life thing came up for today, so I'm going to give this one more day before starting.  We'll look at a Tuesday start, especially since Casino Helsinki just got going.  Plus, more time to find two more.
