Dominion Caddy - Card Holder on Kickstarter

(1/2) > >>

Boardcrafting:
The Dominion Caddy is a laser-cut, etched wood card holder to organize your decks. It's available in 10, 12 or 14-slot configurations, with end notches for Treasure and Victory cards. The detail and craftsmanship that Boardcrafting's creator puts into each Caddy makes them beautiful works of art as well as functional pieces.

Boardcrafting is currently seeking a total of $5,000 through Kickstarter to fund the first production run of the Dominion Caddy, and has raised $4,387 with a 5 days left to go. We need your help to make it to the goal and get the Dominion Caddy in the hands of fans like you.

Add this work of art to your collection!

Pretty, but doesn't seem very functional.

The 14 slot version would still require 10 or more caddies to carry a complete set of dominion.
Almost as bad as carrying around all the original boxes.

Am I missing something?

It's meant for a game setup you drop the kingdom cards into it I believe. (Also 26 for a full set ;))

Which means with 14 slots you could have the 11 card kingdom and 3 of the basic cards which means it still doesn't support the entire kingdom

Boardcrafting:
Thank you for your comments, Insomniac! You're correct - the Caddy is meant for game setup.

With the 14-slot Caddy, you will have room for 14 cards inside and the Victory and Treasure cards at each end, as show in the photo of the 10-slot Caddy.

Captain_Frisk:
I saw this on kickstarter.  Clever except that your target market owns all of the sets and will need 2 of these, and then its just not as elegant!
