Though, sack of gold is really a luck fest. If you get a get run of wimpy monsters, you are setting yourself up for a great pile driver. If not, well....you can look at game II to see what happens if the deck doesn't go your way. I was thinking for a while that I chose poorly. Not having boasts helped too.

I was shocked I got my Ninja as is. I was sure he could do it hoping on one foot. His defense was quite high, and the knock wouldn't have been devastating. Still, I boasted as I did in the hopes that the attack losses I would incur would be enough to scare off potential Class thieves.

I didn't think Robz would end the boasting when I took the Trapper from him. I thought the armorer didn't have enough offense (and lo and behold it didn't). I think taking the trapper was a better idea than the prospector due to the trapper's higher defense. Although if I'd understood how ninja stars worked I probably would have stolen the zombie on my boasting phase.
