Oddly enough they both roll 3D6 so it doesn't matter they just get access to 2 different kill abilities.

Not unless you quoted them wrong...

They both say 3 dice? The ability is different but the armsmaster gets to use BOTH abilities TWICE over the course of the game for 4 ability uses.

it doesn't really matter for this game, but, for the armsmaster, are the weapon tokens assigned to individual weapons, or do they get added together into a pool of weapon tokens you can use for either weapon?

They both say 3 dice, but one is restricter to 20attack plus and the other one doesnt

Ahh no I see the problem now. Each WEAPON has its OWN tokens, so both weapons can only use their ability twice, IE the armsmaster can use the sling ability twice and the deadly fists ability twice.

Agreed but you can only use deadly fists twice, and you can use sling twice.
