Over the approximate time range that councilroom has supposedly been down, my GF's rating has changed several times, in the range of 15 to 13.  Mine has not.  I'm wondering why.

More info: I only play her, and I only win about 20% of our games. Since I'm at zero, I've assumed it's because I don't win enough (duh).  But we played one day in the past two weeks or so where I won about 4 of 8.  Her rating went down (from 14 or 15 to a 12 as I recall), yet my rating didn't go up.  Is 4 of 8 not enough to move me off a rating of 0, at least for a day?

If you manually calculate your rating from here:

You will find it is actually negative -1.5
So your rating would have increased when you won games.
But the lowest rating shown is 0.

basically, what Rabid already said. you were listed as being a level -3.767 on september 1 and today you are a level -1.339. you have increased your level, but you are still at a point where dougz decided to round up to 0.

Awesome guys, thanks.  Am I to infer that council room is up and running, since ratings are changing?

nope. council room is still down. the ranking and leaderboard is something that is done by (or at least attached to) dougz and isotropic. councilroom was run by rrenaud, and they are currently trying to find someone who can step up to replace him.
