Feature request: declare resign while other's turn

Often I find my deck so much behind opponent, can win under 0.0001%, opponent is so good player, he/her playing long chain of actions(especially Possessions, Golems, ...). I want to play next game with him/her immediately.
I want "declare resign" button while other's turn. Opponent could accept/ignore the declaration; if accepted, the game ends immediately. If ignored, I would wait his/her turn end, and resign.　To avoid spamming it might be better that the button can be used once per game.
