No Thief? Ba-dum-tsss!

For some reason Thief struck me as too harsh.  I mean a Thief takes something from you against your will, whereas a Swindler or a Mountebank might just trick you into buying something you regret.

Indeed, and they haven't taken anyone's money yet, so Thief would be very, very hard to justify.  Even Swindler, at this point, is probably tough.

You could argue that they've Swindled the VCs out of $8M.

Okay, I literally LOL'd.

I meant "Thief" as in they're "stealing" Isotropic from us ;) :-\*manly tear*

But they're replacing it with something that costs more, that makes it an Upgrade!

But it doesn't cost exactly $1 more...

You could say they Swindled a $0 Isotropic card into a Ruins.

Hey guys - have you been following the news?  Goko has made some decent progress in the last week.  There are a bunch of improvements - and there are hints are that the price has been cut in about 1/2 (not official).

I've been a harsh critic of goko - especially expecting me to pay big $ for a product that I find frustrating, but this most recent build is definitely a big step in the right direction.

Still not a day 1 purchase, but definitely something to keep my eye on.

My new card:

Goko:

Discard 1 treasure card
Trash a card from your hand

If you did both of the above:
Gain a card non treasure card costing up to $1 more than the trashed card

Cost: 4

I just hope they don't run out of coin.
