Yes, but some of these cards are in the Rewards deck which is separate from the Cosmic Deck. You can only draw from the Rewards Deck when collecting Defender Rewards.

Reward Deck:
11 Attacks: –07, –04, –01, 10 x3, 16, 17, 18, 19, 23
03 Negotiate (Crooked Deals)
01 Morph
04 Kickers: x0, x2 x2, x3
04 Reinforcements: +4,+5 x2, +6
05 Artifacts: Card Zap, Cosmic Zap, Finder, Hand Zap, Space Junk
04 Rifts: 3, 4 x2, 5

Everything else is in the Cosmic Deck. Assuming we get an 8th player.

For the purposes of starting the game on a quick note I'll quickly go over the regroup phase this encounter. Just PM me if there's an issue with that and I'll resolve it.

Lightning draws the Special Destiny: Least Ships in Warp.

Ties go to the left so:

Lightning will encounter Merchant!

Lightning: please say in the thread the planet you are attacking, the amount of ships you are launching, and then who you want to invite.

Merchant: please send me your Ally invitations via CO. If Lightning has already sent his invitations then you may post your invitations in thread.
