I'm glad I managed to soak up the daykill early so that you guys could pull through.

Oh, and let it be known that I truly do think rolefishing is not a cardinal sin when it's a role madness game.  Not that I think I was really rolefishing.

I think a no-NK scumteam should get an additional player for balance. Sound about right?

I will say, that I was really confused there at the end.  jo told me that both Voltaire and DSell had died...but I knew I hadn't killed them.  I had looked at the neighborhood QT, and I had already figured that DSell was doctor (as I said the day we lynched Insom).  Cayvie bringing O back to life made it extremely unlikely she was the SK.  I just couldn't figure out what could be going on.  If only Cayvie hadn't brought O back to life, I could have had my first "win" at mafia (being tied with town).  But alas, I ended up joining the sinking ship that was the scum-team that couldn't NK anybody.

Anyways, I still had fun, and I was trying to concoct a way to convince O to lynch cayvie.  I think had he not been neighborized, I might have tried to convince him that I had a 3rd-shot of my dead-powers and had used it to res him with Snape's potion.  I don't know if he would have believed me though.  Obviously not with cayvie talking about Counting House in the neighbor thread.

I was going to test to see who knew the name.

The name of the potion?  I had posted the full list of Snape's potions day2, when I copied his dead-power.  So, we both had every reason to know what was available.  Also, I had been neighborized, so I knew exactly what cayvie had done.  I just would have tried to persuade you that I did it.

I had it in my head that having fewer players would actually help balance them since it would make them harder to catch. They had an extra vote.

It is I, Princess Azula. Tremble in fear, peasants! Cue theme music:

You may have defeated me... no, I allowed myself to be defeated! Next time, I will kill you all, and then you will never again rise from the ashes of your shame!

Don't I have the best theme music? Here it is again:

Enjoy your miserable lives for now, weaklings!

Sorry to necro this, but today I watched the 2nd episode of Deep Space Nine and it involves an angry mob trying to kill Odo. Which is pretty hilarious in the context of this game.

A character says the line "How do you get a rope around the neck of a shapeshifter?"
