I would doubt it. Seems like your deck would be too unweildy with a bunch of duchies in it to consistently match up rats with remakes.
A hand of like, Rats, Rats, Duke, Duchy, Silver seems like it wouldn't be unusual and, like, what do you do there? You could do nothing. You could play a rat, but then you'd have to either trash a silver or what you drew... and then even if you draw a ermake, you'd only have rats, duke, duchy, remake in hand, so you'd have to trash a duke or duchy to gain a gold in addition to trashing the rats to gain back your duchy/duke.
I would say that rat/remake/duke seems more plausible if you stick it in a draw engine to consistently match up your remakes with your rats, but keeping a draw engine going when it's clogged up with 6 duchies and a few dukes and rats that you can't play until you've matched them up with what you want seems like it would be pretty difficult, you'd stall pretty hard.
It would take the right kind of engine to do.
