15 turns!  I don't think I've ever done it that quickly - though the board was very conducive to it.

You need 9 to get "The Flash" Achievement. People do have it, but it is rare.

Wharf/Hamlet go very quickly (as you might expect). Lots of buys and a quarry let me drain the duchess pile with the lead.

Because with 8 highways, everything costs 0 already, so there's no need to get the last 2.

Never had the extra buy to.
I have to thank my opponent for a little trashing I think.  And letting me get 8 highways on a board with lots of buy.
