There are really not many of them: http://councilroom.com/goals Anticlimatic 359 in total on isotropic. And you always need at least 3 people for it, so this has happend at most 120 times...

Oh cool, I didn't know it was an achievement, but also I didn't know that Champion Prize Fighter was an achievement. One that only 29 people have achieved. Also getting all prizes in a single turn must be incredibly difficult.

But apparently a little a easier when you rig the kingdom

Hillpeople, who is evidently the only person to win Champion Prize Fighter more than once, has won it four times, twice each on exactly two different days, each time with some card constraints. To be fair, the first time was just Native Village and Tournament, but the last time was nearly the whole kingdom--eight cards.
