An interesting thing is that ehunt at least, and possible yuma too, both thought there were 5 people on the wagon, until Grujah corrected the score.

I was incorrect, being mislead by ehunt's unofficial count a few posts above. But I don't really think ehunt was trying anything tricky. Miscounting votes is done often enough by real mods that I can't consider that to be anything, unless you think mods miscounting votes means they are scum?

I have always been the Captain.  Grujah was the leader of the mutineers.  He tried to accelerate the mutineers plan - and they killed him for it.

Upon rereading, this post from way back on page 4 sets off alarm bells for me.

It reads, well, like he's trying to sound like he's participating without actually participating.

Since I didn't make my problem with this Eevee post clear, apparently:

1) He asks who I find most suspicious
2) I say Frisk, who I'm voting at the time
3) He votes Frisk.

Now, why does he do this?

He says it's "in the spirit of RVS"
I interpret this as, let's put some pressure on a random person so we get information

But then he makes a joke (?) about "unnecessary pressure" and says he "hope(s) it doesn't get that far".
Why put the vote on at all, then? Like, really? I don't understand that. It's like, "Look at me, ha ha, I'm voting you, lol, wacky times, but I don't want to lynch you or put any pressure on you"

So you don't want to put pressure on someone. Unless they're scum.

I don't know. I have real trouble communicating what bugs me in mafia games, I realize that. Something about this response feels off, though; artificial. I just can't think a legitimate perspective from which you would say all those things honestly, so I think Eevee must be forcing his posts. Which means he's scum.

Flippant comments won MI, while long IIOA posts (with some bad analysis thrown in) lost MII, MIV.

Can't speak for MI and MII. Certainly MIV was lost by nobody listening to theorel and the failure to lynch DSell after nobody died, not by a failure of more people to rise up and contribute nothing while making snarky and rude remarks. Additionally, Robz wrote a long devastating post on Glooble Day II which was ignored because it was immediately followed by a "gambit" accusation of Robz as SK. It's hard for me to read that as evidence that town should be ruder.

Regardless, rude comments are rude and not fun to play with at all.
