A thick mist fell over Morgrimville. The darkness had not yet lifted, and the villagers were getting anxious. How long would this last? It had started seven days ago when the blast of lightning had struck the mayor Morgrim's Estate, and hadn't lifted since. Would the thunder ever cease? What was happening?

The next day, the thunder stopped. Light Peirced hole in the heavy clouds until they disappeared completely. People slowly ventured out, wary of darkness and thunder. Shops opened. People walked the streets. The town slowly awakened. Suddenly, a scream peirced the calmness. A little girl, pointing up to the castle. Morgrim was tied to the balcony by his neck. Dead.
