I had PMed Chameleon but I guess I'll post out here, too.

If I made no mistakes, this solves the hard mode of the puzzle.  There's also definitely still room for improving/tweaking.

There's a flaw in your solution: you play your ninth King's Court before you actually draw it. That should be easily fixable though.

Edit: You also Upgrade a Copper into a Council Room with only 3 Bridges played, which doesn't work either, but that should also be easy to fix.

Also, you can't Mine Copper->Talisman, as Talisman costs 4.
He played Bridges...

Thanks for catching that.  Revised the original post.

Edit:  Also fixed the (very minor) error which Celestial Chameleon pointed out in a later post.  Thanks!

So what I learned from this is that it is feasible, with perfect shuffle luck, for an opponent to win the game on VPs by buying all the VPs out within turn 5 as the Province deck VPs are easily within the cost and buys limits required to buy out all the treasures.

Thanks for catching that.  Revised.

Now it has other problems: you gain 11 Talismans and you play 5 Bridges but only gain 4 of them.

I presume you meant to gain a Bridge rather than a Talisman somewhere.

Barring these minor errors, this does solve the puzzle, so here is my own solution:

Kingdom: Black Market (Bm), Chancellor (Ch), Watchtower (Wt), Bridge (Br), Ironworks (Ir), Talisman (Ts), Throne Room (Tr), Cache (Ca), Council Room (Cr), Nobles (Nb), King's Court (Kc). Black Market deck contains Woodcutter (Wc), Baron (Bn) Margrave (Mg) and Young Witch (with Ch or Wt as the Bane).

Open Ironworks/Chancellor

Turn 3: Draw IrChCCC
Play Ir1, gain Tr1
Play Ch, discard deck
Play CCC, buy Wt

Turn 4: Draw IrTrWtCC
Play Tr1-Ir1, gain Tr2 and Ir2 (revealing Wt and putting both on top of deck)
Play Wt, draw Tr2,Ir2,Ch,C
Play Ir2, gain Br
Play Tr2-Ch, discard deck
Play CCC
Buy Kc1

T5: TrKcBrIrWt
Play Tr1-Kc1:
- Play Br1 thrice
- Play Ir1 thrice, gain Nb1* (draw Nb1), Kc2*, Kc3*
Play Nb1, draw Kc2, Kc3, Ir2
Play Kc2-Kc3:
- Play Ir2 thrice, gain Ir3*, Nb2 (draw Ir3), Kc4*
- Play Ir3 thrice, gain Ir4*, Nb3 (draw Ir4), Kc5*
- Play Ir4 thrice, gain Ir5*, Ir6*, Cr*
Play Wt, draw Kc4, Kc5, Ir5, Ir6, Cr, Tr2
Play Tr2-Kc4:
- Play Kc5 thrice:
  - Play Ir5 thrice, gain Kc6, Kc7, Kc8
  - Play Ir6 thrice, gain Ir7, Ir8, Bm
  - Play Cr thrice, draw Ch, 7C, 3E, Nb2
- Play Nb2 thrice, draw Nb3, Kc6, Kc7, Kc8, Ir7, Ir8, Bm
Play Kc6-Kc7:
- Play Ir7 thrice, gain Kc9, Kc10, Ir9
- Play Ir8 thrice, gain Ir10, Br2, Ts1
- Play Kc8 thrice:
  - Play Bm thrice, buy Mg, Bn and Wc
  - Play Nb3 thrice, draw Kc9, Kc10, Ir9, Ir10, Br2, Ts1, Mg, Bn and Wc
  - Play Kc9 thrice
    - Play Ir9 thrice, gain Ts2, Ts3, Ts4
    - Play Ir10 thrice, gain Ts5, Ts6, Ts7
    - Play Kc10 thrice:
      - Play Br2 thrice
      - Play Bn thrice, discarding 3E
      - Play Mg thrice, draw Ts2-7
Play Wc and Ch
Play 7C and 7Ts
Buy Ca, gain 7Ca, gain 16C
Buy 5C, gain 32C
Buy 5S, gain 35S
Buy 4G, gain 26G
Buy 2Pt, gain 10Pt

*Revealing Watchtower and putting on top of deck

Does anyone else love how Chancellor is usually rated as a weak card in normal play, buts its nearly always a must have for the puzzles?

Yes, in the world of perfect shuffle luck being able to force a reshuffle is about the strongest ability. Unfortunately, puzzle land is the only land that exists in the world of perfect shuffle luck.

And it's not the only weak card used in puzzles. Ironworks and Nobles are usually both considered weak for their cost. But when you can Ironworks a Nobles....
