But what I do have are a very particular set of forum permissions; forum permissions I have acquired over a very long career. Permissions that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let my partner go now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will ban you.

and highly manipulatable by people (especially dead ones or spectators--although you could make rules against that, but I don't think we need more rules at this point when we already have a block on it) voting up posts or even people in-game creates some weird situations. I for one prefer keeping the votes away from the forum games.
