Well, if they were on a NV mat, 10x IW. First 2 gain TR/Bridge. Next one gains Great Hall, drawing TR. TR your 4th IW to gain Great Hall and Feast. Play the Bridge you just drew. 5th and 6th IW gain Highway x2. 7th IW gains Great Hall, drawing Highway, then Highway, then Feast. 8th IW gains KC. 9th IW gains Nobles, drawing KC. Play KC on final IW, gaining KCx2, and Nobles, drawing 1st Nobles. Play for 3 cards, drawing KC-KC-Nobles. Finally, play KC-KC-Feast, gaining Bridge x2, KC x1, second KC play on Nobles, drawing 3 and taking 4 actions, and last KC on Bridge. Then KC the final Bridge.
You should have 2 Highways in play, along with 7 Bridges. 8 total buys, and $7 coins. You could maximize at $78 buying power. Note, I did NOT use the extra action that NV gave me. I also omitted playing the GH's, since they don't effectively exist.
Did I miss anything?
