I have a similar problem. My opponent opened embargo nothing, then stopped taking turns. He seems to be repeatedly muting and unmuting chat messages somehow, which might be what is preventing him from timing out.

Impressively someone called no, not there has spent the last two and a half hours muting and unmuting my chat messages every two minutes.

He is still going.

It would be annoying if I didn't have lots of other things to do. As it is I seem to be keeping him from annoying someone else.

Edit: He has now managed nearly five and a half hours. It looks as though the server restart in 45 minutes should end the game.
