Townreadig Joth and faust, and they were both not at all enthusiastic about Shraeye.

Should we do that towncore thing that they do in other communities but we don't really do here because we prefer to constantly distrust each other and stab our supporters in the back like I did to Robz?

What's the towncore thing?

Where a group of folks decide they trust each other (the town core) and work together to eliminate the not-town outside that core before they turn on each other. It hinges on some mutual trust, which Joth points out, we are not so good at

I dunno. It’s hard to convince someone that you’re town. But I can say that right now I am fully trust of you. Less confident in Joth and faust, but good enough for them to be folks I’m not looking at today for the purposes of narrowing it down.

I don’t know what has you feeling off, so it’s hard for me to address, I know that you started feeling that way yesterday, but I don’t quite know why.

I’d prefer to no exile today and hopefully have some folks get some more info without risking losing any other townies. If we are going to exile, and assuming that) we are still taking Scola off the table (not sure we should) I’m most likely to vote for Shraeye or fang. Huge question marks around Cuzz and Awa. I’m forgetting one person, oh, it’s Jimmmmm. I have no idea how to read that cat. He goes in the question mark category.

I always do the two core thing. But since it’s often just me it doesn’t always work. My top town now is Swowl. You and faust are still pretty close. And I guess Scola?

Yes, I meant that my top town reads are those three and I have Scola in the “not exiling” pile for the purposes on my towncore for today until we hear the claim. I was really just trying to create some categories in my mind. Scola has a pending status. It certainly didn’t make me feel any more confident about him today that he is still alive, although I can think of some reasons why mcmc has a safer nk.

I would rather not risk exiling any town. I am bold and brave about my desire to win and protecting town. Scola can’t do anything to convince us absent a full claim and I think there is agreement that is a bad idea.

It gives scum plenty of reads based on which they can decide the most advantageous course of action (e.g. if scola is scum, get rid of someone suspecting him, if town, get rid of a defender or, if he's sufficiently townread, just kill scola outright).

I don’t think there is anything new to be learned from talking about Scola today. We know what his wagon was like yesterday, we made a decision based on his claim. I think that is enough.  There was skepticism then, there is skepticism now. We will for sure know more later. I think we should just wait until that later.
