Data Collection - Which Pile Empties Least?

I am new to the dominion forums so I am not familiar if there already exists the data that could answer my question. If there is, if someone could point me in the right direction, that would be great.

The question that I was thinking is, empirically speaking, which pile empties the least?

I thought maybe copper but goons sometimes likes to empty that pile. Then I thought a terminal action that no one needs more than 1 of, like forge. Or maybe a really bad card like bureaucrat or potion. Or maybe a non-supply pile like Hero?

and these are at 0.1%:

I expect a bunch in the 0.1% category were cleared out by methods other than buying outright just to force a 3-pile game.

No card has an actual 0% rate, a bunch just have a low enough rate to round down to 0.0% rather than 0.1%. But yeah, seems likely that they've at least had their piles drastically reduced e.g. because of a trashing attack or a forced gainer and then emptied for a 3-pile ending typically.
