I think that
A) Skum played well
B) The no exile combined with the EFHW exile to start things off

Really shifted the game state that I had thought would happen.

The lack of info from the noEX on day 1 then getting EFHW on day 2, leading to another no kill means that waking up day 3 (which purposely went no exile) there was only a 50% of possible info gain for town. Let alone waking up Day 4 (while I do believe the day 3 decision was correct) making it only 3/6 possible flips... it was just a weird game.

Funny aside - Galz and I had a talk about the longevity of this game given the insta loss concept and the no kill for skum to recruit and etc. We landed on agreeing it was starting townsided and if it went on past Day 4 it was going to probably be skum sided. BUT like almost in quotations, when talking about the set up there Galz said something as a joke in defense of the balance that was like "well the new trend was to not exile on day 1. So that and then they find the JK and its easy game gg skum". ... Which I just got a kick out of lol

I was sure someone was going to come hammer. Well, it would be a very traitor-like move to show up "just a little late".

The game did just get interesting.

If you are casting shade on me, quit it. It literally took me 2 hours in traffic to get home today and I am flattened enough by all that crap to take more of it now.

I've been working on designing a sort of spiritual successor to hatchling that's less swingy. It could work as an RMM

Oh I'm sure I'd play again if something was posted.

I have a setup I started planning a while ago. I'd have to go check if I still think it's good... but rather than "light RMM", it's very heavy on the "madness". It would likely be good to have a co-host, both in case I get too busy and to bounce ideas off before starting the game.

Ya, I was not as invested in this game as town deserved, for which I apologize. With long pauses between games, I set up other things to do when my ADHD hits, so I get out of the habit of checking on forum mafia.

Is the time that your "day or two" represents proportional to the "second" that it took for you to make speccy/scumchat public?  Do you want someone else to run a game first?
