My top exile would have been LaLight, but he's still on Kobol and unable to be voted for. Hmmm.

Good job on Scola, team! I was already out for the night when all of that ish went down between Mix’s claim and Scola’s. The late night/early morning deadlines are rough for working stiffs.

But WTF with the public vote? I mean, I appreciate it but where on earth did it come from and why? It makes me upper reticent to vote today.

The public vote seems pro-town at least. Why would it make you hesitant when the Cylons vote didn't?

If a military player nominates themselves are they also volunteering to give up their powers? I know refusing leads to a turning point. Does the military player still become president in that case?

It’s the out of the blue part that rubbed me the wrong way. I didn’t like the cylon vote, but we knew it existed. The public appeared out of nowhere with the hammer, and now it’s gone again. It worked out fine because Scola was scum, but if he hadn’t been, we’d all be way more agitated about it.

Between cylons and public….2 votes (X-2) could be exile.

That is a bit dicey, I agree.

I think the public vote was likely MiX’s day power.

WCD discarded Insurrection rather than force Mix to deal with it, which I suppose is a pro-Mix move, if nothing else.

I was assuming it was like a combo vote from Dylan/LL or something bc of Kobol. But given the quick hammer with it I could see it being mix as well.

Special Counsel, if I've got it right.

It is special counsel.

It says pick a player, and after the (coming) night, they’re alignment will be revealed and the we will go to another night.

I can discard it. If I do not, the president gets it. Although learning an alignment is awesome, giving scum an additional night seems not awesome.

I have 48 hours to decide, so I can wait to see who the president is first, but I’m open to opinions.

That is incorrect. I threw out Prioritize and then Civilian jurisdiction. Still pro-MiX moves,  but also not anti-military.

I really don’t want Jack to win because I think he has a higher-than-average chance of being scum. EFHW? gkrieg? Either of you planning to run for President, or will I have to do it myself?

I think town!Glooble pointing to something as a scum tell and then shortly thereafter doing that thing is a lot more likely than scum!Glooble doing that.

Thoughts on mass claim?

Normally I am all in for the info sharing at this point. But….the people I suspect the most are “away” and can watch our conversation while talking to each other. They don’t participate but they get all the knowledge. I’m not sure how to get around that.

Wait hold on... how is this like "inconsistent?" Jack you get to see the discard pile right? How do you see something but that is not what happened?

I think we should wait to see if we are going to do the double night thing before deciding on Mass Claim. If we do the double night thing... probably best to wait?

Good question. And there are two nights we haven't heard about from Jack - N2 and N3.
