Meh, I may as well explain my vote.

It's similar to Galzria's concern about Didds relaying the axe-sword stuff outside the fortress. But what's more concerning is her willingness to relay how the fortress protection works outside the fortress. That information is priceless to Bad Dwarves, so surely a Good Dwarf only does that if they know (somehow) that there is already a Bad Dwarf inside the fortress.

Swowl rubs his head in confusion about Fang's theory regarding WCD. Swowl points out that if WCD was a Bad Dwarf, then by the way the information was presented, Swowl's shot at Bright should of killed Bright. Swowl continues to speak, explaining that obviously it did not... therefore, by WCD and Fang's logic, there are in fact no bad dwarfs in the Fortress.

Swowl understands that that may not be how the fortress actually works, but says that it is 100% how WCD relayed what she thought about how she knew it worked.

Swowl expresses that they pretty much never expressed real interest in shooting anyone other than Bright wayyyyy prior to the info/thought of the fortress thing, so WCD had no reason to attempt to direct his shot there.

Swowl ponders if Fang really understands where their vote came from. Swowl wonders if Fang could guess the one other player that Swowl would vote for today.

Did WCD know you were going to shoot Bright? She's probably a doctor, it would be trivial for her to stop the kill to make it look like everyone in the fortress is town.

Swowl pulls out a whiteboard with the writings of the peak of the WCD wagon on Day 1. It reads:
WestCoastDidds (6): pubby, faust, mathdude, infangthief, Jimmmmm, Awaclus
Jimmmmm (3): Swowl, WestCoastDidds, EFHW
Galzria (1): scolapasta
pubby (1): Brightgalrs
infangthief (1): Galzria

Swowl points out that right after the L-1 vote Awaclus immediately leaves the wagon for Pubby, who is the other wagon. Swowl finds this towny.
Swowl continues to point out that the other person that does not yet possess a known color on the WCD wagon is Fang.
Swowl considers out loud that either Fang and WCD are both skum and Fang was stuck, or Fang is skum and WCD is Town, or they are both town.
Swowl says he does not think they are both town, however, if they are, then that makes math pretty likely skum... but if Swowl has to pick, he is picking Fang today.
Swowl also points out that if WCD is skum then there is like no way that Math or Awaclus are skum, but still a possibility of Fang. Though less likely than if WCD is town.

Swowl explains to Awaclus that he considered this. Though there is some unexpected comfort given to Swowl based on the message the Fortress got about being targeted.

What is mathdude's colour?

Swowl considers out loud that either Fang and WCD are both skum and Fang was stuck, or Fang is skum and WCD is Town, or they are both town.
Or that WCD is skum and Fang is Town with a correct read.

Well, it was targeted if you're telling the truth. I don't think that message really tells us anything we don't know.

Swowl apologizes. He points out Fang is correct on the first point. Swowl currently has WCD and Fang colored yellow in their VCA (because thread).
Swowl responds to Fang's second point saying that they are obviously correct again. That was a mistake on Swowl's part.
Swowl points out talking like this without quotes is hard.

Swowl reminds Awaclus that the terminology used in the fortress thing was "attacked", not "targeted".

Swowl thinks that if anyone else targeted a Fortress player with a killing action last night they should claim immediately.
Swowl reminds players to remember this request in case anyone tries to claim it down the road.

I'm not sure how that distinction is useful. You did attack the fortress.

Swowl points out that the obvious resolution if Swowl was blocked would be that he never targeted the resolution.
He points out that "attacked" would mean that the shot attempted to hit Bright.
That is all that Swowl intended to clarify there.

Swowl realizes that is poorly worded.
Swowl writes on the whiteboard of clarification and it reads:
"If I was blocked, then I don't think they would of gotten that message".

A doctor doesn't block actions, it protects from a kill (by healing the wounds).

Swowl gasps, as they forgot about the WCD doctor shot thing. But also points out that layers of protection act in the same way as an RB and his shot would of never made it through to register as a shot as it would of been absolved by the doc shot in question.

1) How do you know that? That's not in the rules and I don't think that's a standard rule either. Even if it was a standard rule, this is very much not a standard game.

2) If that's true, the fortress protection itself should also work the same way as an RB.

Swowl walks in circles looking at his feet, confused, as he is very much not used to talking to an Awaclus that actually has a conversation.
Swowl also points out that is a jab/joke, and not a lead to insinuate Awaclus is acting skummy.

Swowl ultimately he decides he  *sort of* agrees with Awaclus.
He considers that if it were a standard game and Player A targeted Player B with a Killing Action... if Player B was Doctored... A Player C Wather would still see the attempt.

Swowl retorts that if you were a 1 shot BP that was informed of when your BP was used, you would not be informed as such if you were doctored and that doctor prevented your BP shield being used.

Anyway, the main point is this question: did Didds know you were going to target Bright?

Swowl also points out that Didds is not dumb, and therefore probably would of thought that through as skum.

Swowl also points out that the leading players on the Didds wagon (at peak) have both flipped town. This makes it extremely likely that one of the following players that joined said wagon are skum.
