Pubby often gets misexiled. I find him super hard to read because he doesn’t do much chitchat so I don’t have much of an idea of how he thinks and he plays fairly infrequently so I don’t have a bunch of accumulated experience. I think I remember him winning as scum once, though. I just don’t remember very well.

Also, I see that policy voting is somewhat frowned upon (from reading other games)... but I still think Exiling lurkers is a good idea, absent of other reads.  How can we read them if they don't post much?  Easy way for Scum to hide.  I'm all for voting out people who don't post much, especially early game before we have more information.  If they are Town, they aren't helping us by not posting much.  If they are Scum, they are hiding and hoping we don't notice.

I wonder if there's any chance this mysterious extra vote on EFHW is because of going 24 hours without posting? That would be kind of cool. Maybe. Though harsh if real life happens.

Policy exiling is not awful, because town should, in principle, be able to avoid it by not doing the thing that goes against the policy. It does have the problem that if the exilee flips town after all, it's a very uninformative town flip because nobody looks suspicious for participating in a policy exile, unlike normal exiles where scum has to commit to a fake scum read on someone they know is actually town.

This game feels sluggish and stuck and not at all bastard (other than the complete lack of vote counts). What can we do to mix it up short of just exiling me?  Which is frustrating but it’s early so it’s gonna happen to someone. However, my role helps us maybe more than some others so I hope y’all can do some rethinking.
