Other than mcmc, you're the one who most escalated mathdude's claim scenario to a sudden exile. You don't get to brush that under the carpet just by complementing my play in voting for mcmc.

For my own records, the other two who don't come out of that looking good are faust, who seconded MiX's "intent to make someone hammer", and Dylan, who came in with a very weak "Wait a second" post that then merely supported MiX.

 I actually originally thought mathdude was setting up a vig claim, which I thought would be the scummiest of the possible claims, so I wasn't going to back off his wagon until after he full claimed no matter what. Once MiX mentioned traitor though, I read back through and some of the stuff made sense through that lens and I shared why I thought so.

Just double checked you, because I really thought I had unvoted since my first vote was just for fun in RVS, but you're right, I hadn't. Well, that was the moment it became a real read instead of an RVS holdover, so I stand by the post either way.

I believe this post means that math is traitor and that joth is scum. The second scum would then be Robz I believe, but I'm not sure, I tried to disassociate those reads. Regardless, we should exile math.

You claimed you were clarifying yourself, but you said nothing that had any sort of evidence at all to back up your claim that mathdude was making a partial traitor claim. Not only that, but you called a scumteam that included joth, citing as evidence (but without explanation) a conversation that neither involved joth nor even mentioned him. Can you clarify your clarification by pointing out exactly what bits of text where meant what to you?

See the posts after that one, I vote joth and then explain why I did. My read at the time was that math was following joth's suggestion perfectly, which makes a lot of sense with math being traitor and joth being scum.

But me quoting that EoD1 was self-pres, I still thought math was town, I just quoted the scummiest post of his (in my mind) to convince myself that he could be scum, so I would have the drive to keep pushing on him. Before his flip, I didn't really have a strong enough scumread to want to push at EoD1, and even if I did, chances were I was getting exiled if math was saved, so I thought that essencially throwing math under the bus was right.

It wasn't nearly deadline yet, and MiX was creating an artificial sense of urgency, which mcmc was capitalising on. MiX was taking a clearly terrible course of action in pushing for an immediate exile without thinking through any of the consequences of the claim or how to tease information out of it properly. He was totally failing to engage with posts from people like me or Robz, saying that we should hold off on mathdude, or sort the partial claim out more sensibly. He was reacting to almost everything except those voice-of-reason posts, and claiming he was "on fire" while doing so. If we want not to exile MiX, please convince me that letting him remain in the game to continue that kind of play is actually beneficial to my town wincon.

I find it really unhelpful of you to expect everyone else to have to put in the time and effort of piecing together what you're talking about. It would be much more pro-town to get you more used to feeling obliged to make sensible, evidence-backed posts that don't require that much of everyone else's time to understand.
