Guys, couldn't we have had some charity and not just lynched Swowl so early?

We could, and we should've, but I don't want to fling any mud at the people on the wagon that didn't hammer. I think the way the post restriction works we needed early wagons. It just turns out scum can quickhammer.

I mean, I wanted to turn around and lynch scum in it (Galzria lol) but you know, hammer.

Do you think Lalight is scum, not a mason?

I mean, Swowl could be trolling. Basic post-lynch scum tactic there.

I hope there’s theme music accompanied by the flips. A nice farewell guitar riff would be sweet.

I mean, what's the hook? Is Lalight scum?

Let's say that my gut, nay, my bowel, was screaming "SWOWL WAS QUICKHAMMERED" regardless of whoever hammered.

So, I guess it wasn't a scum quickhammer, but it was still a quickhammer.

that was a bad decision by me, but if it worked, it would've  been good.

I think it was bad regardless. We should've let Swowl find out who the other scum team is by scumhunting while knowing a partner while also giving us reads to find out who that partner was. Would've been much better than a hammer.

Holy cats! I didn't expect that to happen. Swowl is never lynched this early! I get the righteous indignation of the LL hammer, and don't think he is a mole.

I guess we are just waiting on sudgy to wake up...

Theme music would be awesome.

I really don't get the quick hammer still early in the day - felt like Rocky knocking out Apollo Creed, when there were still many rounds to go in the fight!

That said, it kind of works for my schedule as I have a work zoom conference these next 3 days, so won't be around as much.

(If there's anything that I feel I critically need to answer, I'll try to get to it during some break, here or there)

Honestly I’m not displeased with my reasoning for Swan here. It’s D1, and his statement was either scum-driven or poorly phrased. He generally doesn’t speak in absolutes, and it’s strange for him to pick something as arbitrary as a set of interactions (as compared to, say, competing claims) to setup a “one-of-two must be scum” argument

If I’m killed during the day, it’s gotta be “Bye Bye Bye”.
If I’m killed at night I’ll have to put in a provision request of “Don’t You (Forget About Me)”, with full imagery of Judd Nelson raising his fist as he walks away.

As everybody's jaw kept yapping, and their projection growing by the gallon, they suddenly had enthusiasm for one person.  It was the economist, who said he would hold a bow while giving a bow.  "Heteronyms?  That's crossing the line!"  By his own admission, it was pretty bad.  It was too late before they realized he was wearing normal clothes.  The rest of this story has been blocked due to censorship.

Final Day 1 Vote Count

Galzria (1): Swowl
WestCoastDidds (1): Joseph2302
Swowl (6): Galzria, MiX, WestCoastDidds, chairs, Awaclus, LaLight
EFHW (1): mail-mi
Awaclus (2): scolapasta, EFHW

With 11 alive, it took 6 to lynch.

Swowl has been lynched!  He was Bow, the Vanilla Townie.

NIGHT 1 START

Night 1 will end Friday, June 19 at 1:00 PM Forum Time.

The vigorous estimate was that support is needed for the fairy.  Why?  The fairy had fear.  An excess amount.

Not anymore, actually, because LaLight has been killed!  He was Fear, the Town Mason.

There were other magnetic happenings last night.  The length of the king's elbow was too short.  The king's elbow was a wonder of the world.  You may think this is petty, but it turns out the suspicion was correct.

MiX has been killed!  He was King, the Mafia Goon.

DAY 2 START

Vote Count 2.1

Not Voting (8): Joseph2302, WestCoastDidds, mail-mi, Galzria, scolapasta, Awaclus, EFHW, chairs

With 8 alive, it takes 5 to lynch.

Day 2 will end Friday, June 26 at 1:00 PM Forum Time.

Pour one out for LaLight. You'll be remembered well.

A dead MiX is always a good thing in Mafia, as far as I'm concerned, but then he and I don't have much chemistry.

Too bad we didn't see scum pop each other, but this is still a decent N1 result for us, better than two dead masons at least.

I'm going to try to get time to reread D1 but I have a note I left myself about Galz being kinda scummy, so until I have time to digest how this new info changes things I think I'll vote: Galzria

It took me awhile to come around on MiX, but now I dig him. He has a super dry sense of humor that it takes a minute to get, so if you keep hanging around (welcome back, by the way!) you might soften towards him. Kind of like getting used to a new industry in your town.

Glaz was being super scummy, especially knowing that when he was pushing Swowl, he was getting town lynched.  And the original tussle he was having that drew all the attention was with MiX, if there is anyone as scum that would have a public faux-fight, it would be MiX and Galz. But that is all off memory.  I need to read once I actually get through with my work for today.

We all know I'm not a mason so no one else comment. Should the other mason claim? Let me write up a diagram:

Pros: IC for the day, one less person for the rest of us to reread, helpful with POE.

Cons: Likely to be killed tonight, gets rid of ability to claim at L-1 or such for reactions.
