RANKING ORDER RULES AND PROCEDURES
1. Each player will rank all players in the game from #1-#16, from Towniest to Skummiest (So, #1 is the most towny, and #16 is the most skummy).
2. You need to include yourself in this list.
3. This is a point based ranking system.
4. Scoring - This is be a point based system. Once all lists are submitted we will tally up the points that players have. You dish out points equal to the rank at which you put the player. So, the player you put as #1 will get 1 point from you, the player you put as #2 will get 2 points from you... and so on and so forth.
The ranking order will be determined following "Golf Rules" (i.e. the lowest score wins). So, after we have added everything up, the player with the least amount of points will get the first pick in the draft, and the player with the most point will pick last.
5. Ties - In the case of a Tie, the player with the most votes for the #1 rank spot will get the more favorable position. If both players are tied in number of #1 spot votes, or if neither of them have a #1 spot vote, then we will move to #2 spot votes... and so on and so forth until we have a decision. If somehow, we move all the way down the list with no decision and there is still a tie... there will be a FaceTime beer chugging competition to decide the winner. (or it will be randomized)
6. Example -
Player A is given the following ranks from all players in the game [1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16]. Added up, that is 136 points.
Player B is given the following ranks from all players in the game [1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,10,10,11,11,12,12]. Added up, that is 121 points.
----In this situation, Player B would receive the more favorable position for the Draft----
Tie Example....
Player A is given 136 points.
Player B is given 121 points.
Player C is given 121 points.
--- Mods then check the #1 spot vote counts.
Player B had 4 votes for the #1 spot
Player C had 2 votes for the #1 spot
---Final Order Would Be:
Player B
Player C
Player A
